My Second Year as a Mentor in the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Mentorship Program

I am thrilled to highlight the remarkable journey I’ve had during my second year as a mentor in the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Mentorship Program. In particular, I want to celebrate the outstanding achievements of my Masteral Graduate Student Mentee, Sir Gracielo Gaño, ECE, PMP, ITIL, who has made significant strides in his consultancy, academic pursuits, employment prospects, and tech startup business plans.

Sir Jojo’s dedication and hard work have not gone unnoticed, and it’s been a privilege to witness his growth and development in various aspects of his professional life. As we continue to work together, I eagerly anticipate the finalization of his comprehensive action plan, which promises to be an exciting roadmap for his future endeavors.

In the AIM Mentorship Program, it’s not just about imparting knowledge and guidance; it’s about nurturing talent and fostering success. I am truly inspired by the progress we’ve made, and I look forward to the continued growth and accomplishments of all our mentees.
